VELUM is a Spanish brand of ergonomic products for posture and rest. We create simple pieces for a very complex problem: we spend a large part of the day sitting down, and almost no seat is designed for our bodies.

Why we exist

At the desk, in the car, on the sofa. Chairs, seats, and pillows are usually designed for an average body that doesn't really exist, and everyone knows the result: a strained lower back, a tense neck, and numb legs by the end of the day.

VELUM was born to solve that without asking you to change your chair, your car, or your bed. Instead, we give you the piece that is missing.

How we design our products

• High-density memory foam. It adapts to the body's heat and weight, redistributes pressure instead of concentrating it, and returns to its shape every time. It doesn't flatten out after a few weeks like cheaper foams.
• Removable and washable covers. With a zipper, breathable, and machine-washable. A product you use every day needs to be easy to clean.
• Designed to move with you. Lightweight and with a non-slip base: from the desk to the car, and from the car to the sofa.

Our range

We work with a deliberately short catalog. Three products for the three points where tension accumulates the most when you spend hours sitting down:

• Ergonomic seat and lumbar cushion: redistributes weight and corrects pelvic tilt.
• Cervical pillow: aligns the neck and spine while you rest.
• Ergonomic footrest: corrects the angle of ankles and knees and relieves leg strain.

You can also combine them in our packs, which are more cost-effective than buying them separately.

Our commitments

• Free shipping to mainland Spain, with no minimum purchase required.
• 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, as established by European consumer regulations, and a 3-year legal warranty against non-conformity defects.
• Person-to-person customer service. Someone from the team will answer you, in Spanish, usually within 24-48 business hours.

Our items are comfort and ergonomic products, not healthcare products or medical devices. They help you stay more comfortable and maintain a more neutral posture, but they do not diagnose or treat any ailment. If you have persistent pain, an injury, or are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional first.
